Hi,
Thank you for stopping at my site, bookmark it, it’s going to grow a lot from here!
This site is going to be a lot of fun and very informative for you. I am building it with you in mind and trying to incorporate all the best features that you would expect from a great real estate site and leaving out any of the fluff. It’s made for you, not for my ego.
While I've got you here I want to let you know about a couple of speed bumps you may run into along the way...
 Though it is my life's goal to help as many people as I can with their quest for real estate, it's nearly impossible to help if I don't know who you are and I don't have a way to talk to you. So when I first put this site together I included a guest book for folks to fill in so I knew who I was helping.
I think I had the wrong placement of the link or something because even though I KNEW that everyone who visited my site would gleefully introduce themselves to me by "signing" my Guest Book, the fact is only 3 people did. And I could swear they only did it as a way to tell me about the lewd products that they had to sell.
Anyway, I've determined that a Guest Book is a stupid idea, so I took it down.
Realizing that the placement of the Guest Book link was culprit and lacking the programing prowess to make the Guest Book come at you in 3D so you couldn't help but notice it, I had to devise an alternate plan to get you to help me to help you...
Here's What I Came Up With:
I've got lot's of here and it's only going to get better. I can't wait to give it to you but I have to know who I'm helping, call it a compulsion. So in order to help you to be more polite and not be the kind of person that just runs up to someone and snatches what they have, I've developed a gentle reminder to help you remember to introduce yourself.
I'm thinking of putting together a video room that would show cool real estate related videos like . Look for that in the very near future
Here's How It Works:
There are some areas of the site that will just make you froth at the mouth, saying to yourself, "Oh my, I just HAVE to have that RIGHT NOW! GIVE IT TO ME, GIVE IT TO ME!" and then you'll click on the link and a message will come up that says:
"Not so fast man (or woman), this is a give and take relationship you know... you can't just be running all up in my face sayin' "GIMME GIMME GIMME!", how 'bout telling me little, teeny, small, so tiny it's almost irrelevant, bit about yourself... like your name, email and phone number."
So then you realize, "Wow, I can't believe I just did that, I'm like an animal... a total lack of self control" and then you look around the room to see if anyone else saw your abhorrent, uncivilized behavior and thankfully... nobody did.
Of equal good fortune, you'll be staring at a page that humbly and innocently asks for that little bit of information I told you about earlier, so any passers by at this point are none the wiser to your temporary break from civility.
In order to avoid the potential for that kind of embarrassing situation, I suggest you register here. Once you do, you can float around here like a beautiful butterfly. You can pull any information you need when ever you like because now you, a god among men... or you, a women, so delicate and refined... have the ALL ACCESS PASSCODE.
Whenever you come to a gatekeeper you simply "display" your passcode with all the pride and gusto that someone belonging to my exclusive inner core of people in-the-know would have.

Moving On...
What you can expect, in the days and weeks to come while I build this site, is for me to bring you stuff that only matters to you. To that end if there is anything that you would like to see here please let me know by emailing me or calling, I’d love to hear from you.
There are so many websites out there that are filled with boring stock content, regurgitated articles, out of date “featured listings” (I’ve seen stuff that has been sold and closed for almost 7 months!). It is my goal to keep this site a valuable and up-to-date resource for you to stay informed on important things related to real estate.
Yep, it looks a little lean right now. I’ve put the basics up for you to use, like the MLS search, a way for you to contact me, a link to the latest listings, and more. It will grow from here but I promise I won’t put stuff up here just for the sake of having “stuff” on my site. It will be of high value to you. I won’t waste your time serving up stuff you don’t want or need.
I want to make it a fun place for you to visit too. Real estate is important business for sure, but it’s supposed to be fun and exciting too, right? It’s exciting to buy a home and make it yours and build memories. It’s also exciting to realize your goal of selling a home and moving on to a new part of life.
If you’re an investor, it’s fun to find that perfect property and create your vision and see it through to completion. It’s even more fun to see other people get excited about what you have done to a property and choose your home to make memories in. You know you love it, so smile!
